**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Service Technician/Mechanic to join our team at TrustFord. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of technical advice, service, and maintenance to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide expert technical advice and support to customers
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and technologies

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full valid driving license
  • An NVQ 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification for a minimum of 1 year
  • Previous automotive mobile service vehicle technician experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

We are committed to helping you develop your skills and career. As a Mobile Service Technician/Mechanic, you will have the opportunity to attend our residential induction academy and receive training in IMI Level 3 in Electric Vehicle Maintenance and repair.
