Role Overview
As a Senior PHP Engineering Team Lead at Spectrum IT Recruitment, you will be responsible for leading our development team and driving productivity as we expand our operations internationally. With a proven track record in technical leadership and software engineering, you will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our company.

We are looking for an experienced PHP developer with strong leadership skills to join our team. As a Senior PHP Engineering Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of developers, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring that all projects meet the required standards.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of software development principles, including Agile methodologies, version control systems, and testing frameworks. You will also have experience working with cloud-based services and databases.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions

• Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base for the team
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and technical skills

Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on PHP programming language
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading teams and projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget
• Experience with cloud-based services and databases, such as AWS or Azure
• Strong understanding of software development principles, including Agile methodologies, version control systems, and testing frameworks
