Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service

  • Campaign Promotion
    • Promote company-wide campaigns to our customers, ensuring they are aware of our latest offers and promotions.
  • Betting Operations
    • Accept bets, settle bets accurately, and pay winning bets in a timely manner.
    • Monitor the activity of our competitors to ensure we remain ahead of the game.
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements
