Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Presentation Specialist to join our client's team on a contract basis. As a Presentation Specialist, you will be responsible for creating compelling presentations, information memoranda, and live deal materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce marketing materials and senior-level presentations using MS Office to an advanced level.
  • Provide presentation support to seniors in our client's markets business.
  • Work closely with presentation specialists and designers in the Presentation Design Department, benefiting from ongoing training and support.
  • Contribute to the production of creative PowerPoint output and visual solutions.
  • Ensure all materials adhere to branding standards.
  • Complete necessary administrative tasks for accurate work billing and job tracking.
  • Maintain quality control of your own work.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of presentation support in a corporate, service-oriented environment, preferably within a financial institution.
  • Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
  • Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (i.e., Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Professional).
