Henderson Scott UK is seeking an experienced Plot Conveyancing Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of plot sales, working closely with developers, estate agents, and purchasers. They will handle transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring efficiency and a high standard of service throughout.

  • Manage a varied caseload of plot sales with minimal supervision, preparing and reviewing contracts, title documents, and related paperwork.
  • Liaise with clients, developers, and third parties to progress transactions effectively, delivering practical, solutions-focused advice while maintaining professional standards.
  • Keep accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, prioritizing workload and meeting deadlines.
