**Job Description**
We are seeking a Quality & Inspection Team Leader to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing the day-to-day running of the Inspection and Quality department, scheduling work to meet production demands, and ensuring the highest standards of quality. You will also be responsible for developing the team through face-to-face training, coaching, and mentoring, and maintaining QA systems and processes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Organizing the day-to-day running of the Inspection and Quality department
- Scheduling work to efficiently meet production demands
- Maximizing the capabilities of both the equipment and team
- Monitoring team performance and quality of work
- Conducting regular performance reviews with the team and carrying out appraisals
- Developing the team through face-to-face training, coaching, and mentoring
- Performing first off, roving, and final inspection of components and assemblies and associated tasks
- Maintaining QA systems and processes
