Job Title: Higher Learning Support Assistant

Timeplan Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced Higher Learning Support Assistant to join our team. As a Higher Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and emotional needs of students in a SEMH Primary school in Hillingdon.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with SEMH and high-functioning Autism in a primary school setting.
  • Lead pre-planned lessons and engage students in their learning.
  • Develop therapeutic relationships with students and promote their emotional regulation.
  • Support the inclusion of all students in learning activities and maximize their achievement.
  • Utilize strong behavior management skills to create a positive and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:
  • Experience in supporting children or young adults with SEND and SEMH is desirable but not essential.

  • Availability to work 5 days a week and commit to at least 12-39 weeks.
