We are seeking a skilled OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST to join our dynamic team at Larch Ward, Meadowfield Hospital in Worthing. The successful candidate will have experience of working with people with mental health difficulties and a proven track record in Occupational Therapy.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of Older Adults facing functional mental health challenges. Our multidisciplinary team provides comprehensive care and support to patients, promoting recovery and independence.

The role involves conducting Occupational Assessments and Interventions, emphasizing relapse prevention, establishing roles and routines, and promoting recovery. You will also be responsible for Discharge Planning, ensuring a smooth transition for Patients back into the community.

You will work closely with our forthcoming Home First service staffed by Clinical Support Workers, providing up to 6 weeks OT intervention to support earlier and/or safer discharge from the Ward.

We offer a competitive salary of £38,890 - £44,503 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including flexible working arrangements and access to extensive training opportunities.
