We're seeking an experienced Key Account Developer to join our dynamic team.

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.

Job Description

As a Key Account Developer, you'll be responsible for lead generation and management, including scraping and identifying high-quality leads within the cryptocurrency industry. You'll utilize Airtable for CRM and task assignment, maintaining an extensive database of potential contacts.

  • Assign leads to team members and monitor progress using Airtable and Asana.

You'll develop compelling outreach scripts and communication materials tailored to diverse audiences, implementing and managing automated outreach methods, including email campaigns and mass outreaches, using tools like HubSpot.

  • Continually refine and optimize outreach strategies based on data analysis.

You'll work closely with marketing, sales, and business development teams to align outreach strategies with company goals, coordinating with content teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of outreach campaigns, providing actionable insights.

Innovation and continuous improvement are key aspects of this role, requiring you to explore new outreach channels and methodologies to enhance the impact and efficiency of campaigns.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluency in Cryptocurrency: Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency market and blockchain technology.
  • Experience in Lead Generation: Proven experience in lead scraping, database management, and lead nurturing.
  • Proficiency with Tools: Familiarity with Airtable, Asana, and HubSpot is preferred.
  • Copywriting Skills: Ability to create persuasive and engaging outreach content.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with automation tools for outreach is highly desirable.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics to optimize outreach efforts.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
