About the Role

We are looking for a Fire Remediation Project Coordinator to join our team at Caralex Recruitment Limited. This is a unique opportunity to work on exciting Fire Remediation projects, evaluating fire safety and ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and current guidelines.

In this role, you will be responsible for working with architects, structural engineers, and other external consultants to review designs and ensure they meet the necessary standards. Your attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in this position.

The estimated annual salary for this role is £50,000. Additional benefits include hybrid working, with an office based in Surrey and opportunities for site visits across London and the South East as required.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Coordinating with external consultants to review designs and ensure compliance with Building Regulations and current guidelines.
  • Researching and staying up-to-date with construction methods and building materials to make recommendations and raise concerns.
  • Communicating effectively with internal departments and external statutory authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
