We are seeking a highly skilled Field Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Tunstall Healthcare (UK) Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring their equipment is properly maintained and repaired in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out electrical and electronic maintenance and repairs on a variety of products, including Emergency Lights, Fire Bells, and Fire Systems.
  • Work independently in the field, visiting customers' homes, and resolving technical issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest product knowledge and technical developments, ensuring you are equipped to provide the best possible support to our customers.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure seamless delivery of our services.


Requirements

  • Hold an Electrical/Electronic qualification at NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
  • Have experience of testing Fire Systems and working with a variety of electrical and electronic products.
  • possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Be able to work at heights and/or in confined, dusty spaces, and be comfortable with the physical demands of the role.
  • Have experience of working with the elderly or vulnerable, and be able to adapt to different customer needs and situations.
