Heavy Goods Vehicle Technician

The successful candidate will have experience in heavy goods vehicle maintenance and repair, with a strong understanding of waste management principles. They will be based at our Leeds depot and work on various projects across the region, collaborating with colleagues and external partners to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled maintenance tasks on waste vacuum tankers and other tanker types.
- Conduct repairs and diagnostic work on-site or in our Morley workshops.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to promote our services and increase sales opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications
Our ideal candidate will possess:
- A C&G / NVQ Level 3 qualification in HGV Mechanics or equivalent experience.
- A valid MOT preparation and testing certificate.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
