About the Role: As an Area Property Officer, you will take the lead on all repairs, compliance, planned maintenance, and capital works within a defined geographical area. You will be responsible for commissioning works, monitoring the output of contractors, and ensuring that agreed timescales and quality are achieved. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining records, and providing reports to the Manager on progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all repairs, compliance, planned maintenance, and capital works within a defined geographical area.
  • Commission works and monitor the output of contractors.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain records and provide reports to the Manager on progress.
  • Contribute to the creation of future programmed work and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
