We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Chapman's Farm Fresh. As a key member of our busy production kitchen, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of cakes, buns, tray-bakes, and desserts daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and baking a range of sweet and savory products
• Ensuring excellent food hygiene and health and safety standards
• Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with ordering supplies as needed
• Supporting the overall kitchen operations

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience as a baker or in a relevant role in a busy kitchen
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Flexibility with regards hours of work in line with the needs of the business
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
