Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parts Operations Specialist to join our team at ELP Consult Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the automotive industry and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Confirmation and Management: Confirm purchase orders for all dealers and ensure timely delivery of parts.
  • Dealer Support: Respond to dealer inquiries regarding orders and provide technical support for spare parts issues.
  • Problem-Solving: Collaborate with headquarters to resolve technical issues related to DMS, EPCM, and S BOM problems.
  • Payment and Inventory Management: Supervise and resolve payment issues for dealers, including dealer invoices, and monitor dealer inventory using RAM.
  • Spare Parts Management: Analyze dealer spare parts requirements, predict future needs, and collect spare parts price data to participate in retailer price setting.
  • Warehouse and Logistics Management: Inspect warehouse and logistics costs and manage warehouse operations.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform other tasks assigned by managers as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Educated to degree level.
  • Experience: Experienced in delivery services and project management, influencing key stakeholders and creating substantial outcomes.
  • Supply Chain Experience: Supply chain experience and ability to interpret and analyze complex numerical and financial data.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to influence and engage at all levels to maximize Aftersales share of voice.
  • Strategic Focus: Able to balance daily operational requirements with longer-term strategic focus.
  • Automotive Knowledge: Familiar with the automotive structure, malfunction performance, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • ERP Experience: Experienced in using ERP systems.
