About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Youth Care Specialist to join our team in Melksham. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in supporting young people with their daily lives, including hobbies, social activities, and learning new skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support young people in developing their interests and passions through engagement in hobbies and social activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a safe and inclusive living environment that promotes emotional well-being and resilience.
  • Provide guidance and support to help young people achieve their full potential and reach their goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to regular review meetings to ensure the best possible outcomes for young people.
