Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the scheme and ensuring high-quality care is delivered to residents. Key responsibilities include effective communication with service users and their families, delivering services efficiently, and providing management support to staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with service users and stakeholders regarding the provision of services
  • Deliver services efficiently and maintain clear monitoring procedures to ensure high standards are met
  • Provide leadership and support to all staff members
  • Ensure good communication links with stakeholders and provide access to training opportunities for staff
  • Implement measures to comply with CQC regulations and strive for excellent care standards

Requirements
