Your Responsibilities:

  • To source land and identify potential construction projects.">
  • To manage the project lifecycle from conception to completion.">
  • To ensure all projects are completed within budget and on time.">
  • To lead and motivate a team of construction professionals.">
  • To maintain effective relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.">
  • To stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • You have a degree in construction management or a related field.">
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.">
  • You possess excellent leadership and project management skills.">
  • You have a strong understanding of residential construction principles and practices.">
  • You are proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.">
  • You are able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.">
