Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Contribute to the creation of a safe, stimulating, and inspiring environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the nursery's goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) guidelines and ensure compliance in all aspects of practice.
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), Early Years Practitioner Status (EYPS), or a full and relevant Level 6 Early Years Qualification.
- Previous experience working in the Early Years sector, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and education.
- Strong understanding of child development, learning theories, and the EYFS framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the needs of the nursery and its children.
