Job Overview

The Hospitality Club is seeking a skilled Landscaping Professional to maintain the aesthetic appeal and functionality of our outdoor spaces. This role requires a combination of physical stamina, mechanical knowledge, and a passion for landscape maintenance.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain gardens, lawns, and landscaped areas to ensure they are neat and tidy.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for tasks such as digging, planting, and pruning.
  • Irrigate plants and lawns as necessary to maintain optimal growth conditions.
  • Build and maintain garden features such as flower beds, pathways, and decorative elements.
  • Monitor the health of plants and landscapes, identifying any pests or diseases that may require attention.
  • Assist in the installation of new landscaping projects as directed.
  • Keep grounds equipment in good working order through regular cleaning and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge to operate various tools and equipment safely.
  • Ability to use hand tools effectively for various gardening tasks.
  • Familiarity with irrigation systems and their maintenance is advantageous.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • A keen eye for detail to ensure high standards of work are maintained.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A genuine interest in gardening and landscape aesthetics.
