About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Technology Leader to oversee all aspects of technology operations, projects, and innovation across several sites for the PSD Group, a luxury hospitality and leisure brand. As the Director of IT Operations, you will lead a small team, implementing and maintaining technology platforms, ensuring security, and optimizing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of technology professionals in a consumer-focused business environment.
• Implement and maintain point-of-sale (POS) platforms and customer systems such as CRM, loyalty, membership, mobile apps, or similar.
• Develop and execute a robust infrastructure strategy, transitioning services to the Cloud.
• Ensure system and data security, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with the business to set a clear and innovative IT strategy, leveraging technology to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Manage projects effectively, utilizing strong project management skills to drive results.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT leadership, preferably in a consumer-focused business.
• Strong technical expertise in POS platforms, customer systems, and Cloud infrastructure.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer-centricity.
