Senior Content Strategist

We are Dext Software Limited, the world's leading accounting and bookkeeping automation software provider. Our products give businesses real-time visibility and control over spend, payments, and expenses, and help accountants and bookkeepers reach new levels of efficiency when working with complex financial data workflows.

The Senior Content Strategist will develop and execute content strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. This role involves creating high-quality, impactful content that aligns with Dext's business objectives and enhances our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with Dext's marketing goals and business objectives;
  2. Create, curate, and distribute high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, social media posts, email campaigns, and multimedia content;
  3. Ensure that all content is consistent with Dext's brand voice and messaging in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice;
  4. Optimise content for SEO and monitor performance using analytics tools to inform future content strategies;
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, sales, and customer success, to gather insights and create content that addresses customer needs and pain points.
Requirements:
  1. Expertise in developing and executing content strategies that drive business goals;
  2. Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail;
  3. Proficiency in SEO best practices and experience using SEO tools to optimise content;
  4. Experience writing and creating content for fintech companies is beneficial, but not essential;
  5. Strong project management, collaboration skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
