Delivery Specialist

Rapier Careers is currently hiring a Delivery Specialist to join our team in Essex. As a Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering letters and parcels across the country. The estimated salary for this position is £13,700 - £15,720 per annum.
About the Role:The Delivery Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring that every delivery reaches its destination on time and in perfect condition. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading delivery company and work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Delivering letters, parcels, and packages to customers in your designated area.
- Driving a Royal Mail van on pre-determined routes.
- Ensuring deliveries are completed within specified timeframes.
- Loading and unloading the van with care and efficiency.
- FOLLOWING safety protocols and ensuring the van is maintained and clean.
- Providing excellent customer service when interacting with recipients.
Shifts Available: We are looking for individuals who can work up to 5 days per week, Monday to Sunday. Shift times may vary.
You will need to have a full, clean UK driving licence (Category B) held for at least 12 months. Experience in delivery driving is preferred but not essential. You must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. A positive, can-do attitude and excellent communication skills are also required.
