About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Dispensary Team Lead to join our dedicated pharmacy team at The Boots Company PLC. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of the pharmacy.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in pharmacy services, preferably with an NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and support a team.
  • The confidence to make accurate and timely decisions, maintaining legal, safe, and ethical standards in the pharmacy.
