Job Summary: Relief Lodge Administrator

Estimated Salary: £12,336 per annum (based on 20 hours/week)

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly organised and administratively skilled Relief Lodge Administrator to support our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd.

In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our managers, ensuring the smooth operation of the lodge and delivering an exceptional service to our residents.

Your organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise tasks will enable you to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to lodge managers
  • Manage daily operations, including record-keeping and filing
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules and arrange contractors
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Organise social events and activities
  • Support the sales team with customer viewings
Requirements:
  • An efficient and well-organised individual with excellent time management skills
  • Administrative experience, preferably in a property management or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
