- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare detailed reports on interview findings and maintain accurate records of all interactions and decisions.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all interviews and evaluations comply with relevant legal and regulatory standards.
- Knowledge and Training: Stay updated with the latest policies, procedures, and best practices related to credibility assessments and interviews.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other departments, such as recruitment, admissions, legal, and compliance, to ensure a comprehensive approach to applicant evaluation.
- Customer Service: Provide constructive feedback to applicants when necessary, explaining any issues or concerns identified during the interview process.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in interviewing, compliance, investigation, or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to remain impartial and objective, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, proficiency in using interview techniques and tools, and good understanding of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Personal Qualities: High ethical standards and integrity, ability to handle sensitive information confidentially, and multilingual skills are an advantage but not essential.
