Requirements:

Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to remain impartial and objective, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, proficiency in using interview techniques and tools, and good understanding of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
  3. Personal Qualities: High ethical standards and integrity, ability to handle sensitive information confidentially, and multilingual skills are an advantage but not essential.
