Job Description

As a Consultant Analyst in the Quantitative Research team, your role is crucial in delivering successful client projects. You will be expected to hone your Quantitative research skills while consistently delivering high-quality work across the project lifecycle with minimal senior input. This includes project set-up and management, survey development, and report-writing.

You may also be responsible for supporting and managing junior colleagues on projects. This role is about demonstrating confident, consistent competency in your core skills as a Quantitative researcher and showing a strong desire to lead more and more parts of projects.

We are passionate about numbers and pride ourselves on client work that drives representation, impact, and experimentation. As an Analyst, you will act as a pivotal team member on at least 2 to 3 projects at any one time, through confident project management that ensures work is delivered on time, on budget, and in-line with our clients' and our own high expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confidently own project management, including document management, supplier liaison, managing fieldwork, meeting management, and booking.
  • Take ownership of significant chunks of survey development, with some senior directional input, ensuring questions and answer options, survey structure, and logic are all fit for purpose.
  • Drive link checking, fieldwork monitoring, and quota sheet management, establishing data processing specs and analysis plans.
  • Lead parts of analysis sessions, confidently develop insights and narratives, and use data and charts to create report section(s) that demonstrate these narratives.
  • Confidently present report section(s) to clients and help set-up and manage team sessions, leading parts of internal initiatives, networking, driving thought leadership, and sharing new and emerging Quantitative research methodologies and suppliers.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in supporting the successful delivery of projects, including leading some aspects of project work, such as set-up and management, survey development, analysis, and report writing.
  • Client-facing skills, with experience confidently managing clients and building rapport with them.
  • Experience of projects across multiple sectors and on different project types.
  • Professional operator with excellent project management, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills, able to make the most from interactions with people.
Desirable Additions
  • Confidently use data analytics software, such as Q, SPSS, or Askia.
  • Manage multiple multi-market research projects.
