About the Job:
We are looking for a highly skilled Civil Works Project Manager to join our team at SACYR UK & IRELAND. In this role, you will be responsible for managing different parts of construction projects, supervising crew members, preparing estimates for time and material costs, completing quality assurance, observing health and safety standards, and compiling reports for different stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
• Support the ProjectCo General Manager and Construction Director
• Work with trust, stakeholders, and local community
• Work with design team, construction team, and hard FM team
• Oversight of program for design, construction, and commissioning activity for the works
• Responsible for assisting the Construction Director in the execution of all tasks directly related to project monitoring and construction execution

Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• 10 years' experience in a similar role including healthcare experience
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to maintain work procedures
• Ability to implement a community benefits programme and manage the project website
