Job Description:
A skilled Powder Coater is required to join a manufacturing company based in Leicester. This position suits candidates with experience in powder coating on various metals, as well as material preparation such as sanding and cleaning.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing parts for coating, following principles and practices of powder coating application, and operating coating equipment including guns, hoppers, and booth collection systems. You will also need to observe machine gauges and equipment operation to detect defects, determine powder flow, viscosity, and coating quality through visual inspections, and ensure that all components are produced/coated efficiently and consistently meet company established goals for quality and customer order on-time performance.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in powder coating, demonstrating ability to work independently without daily supervision. Additionally, good knowledge of the mechanics and repair of powder coating equipment is essential.

This permanent role offers an estimated salary of £12.00 per hour, along with benefits including a £100 birthday bonus and extra holiday entitlement.
