Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Education Management: Deliver high-quality education services to our clients and students, both face-to-face and online.
  • Team Management: Manage a small team of educators and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Recruitment and Training: Recruit and train educators to teach on our platform, ensuring they meet our high standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all materials provided are of the highest quality and meet our company's standards.
  • Client and Educator Management: Manage client relationships and educator performance, ensuring excellent service delivery and high client satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our client base and revenue.
  • International Opportunities: Travel internationally to work with students and partners, representing UEG and promoting our services.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum 2:1 degree in a relevant field.
