We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Leaders in Care, a leading care home provider. In this role, you will be responsible for providing person-centered care and support to residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement complex care plans to meet the individual needs of residents
  • Mentor and support colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care
  • Recognise and report any safeguarding concerns to ensure a safe and supportive environment
  • Model professional behaviors and effective communication to promote a positive team culture
Requirements:
  • Hold a valid NMC Pin number and be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council
  • Be passionate about mentoring and supporting colleagues to achieve their full potential
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Be dedicated to providing a high standard of care and committed to ongoing professional development
