We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Programme Manager to join our dynamic team focused on cutting-edge digital real estate programmes and portfolios. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of the industry by leading complex projects and driving innovation.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage complex digital real estate programmes, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating project progress and addressing concerns.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the digital real estate sector, contributing to the growth of our portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve programme and portfolio management processes, promoting best practices.
  • Champion the adoption of digital tools and technologies to enhance project performance and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital real estate portfolio management, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
  • In-depth understanding of programme/portfolio management methodologies and processes.
  • Experience working with various procurement methods and contract types within the construction and real estate industries.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Professional membership in relevant industry bodies is highly desirable.
