Maintenance Supervisor

As a Maintenance Manager at Signature London The J Marylebone Hotel, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's facilities and maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure that day-to-day maintenance tasks are responded to and resolved efficiently, meeting quality standards with minimal disruption to guests and hotel.
- Complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly PPM tasks to ensure overall compliance.
- Maintain and update safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Oversee all maintenance operations and manage the maintenance budget, including tracking expenses and controlling costs.
- Liaise with the facilities teams as well as contractors for external maintenance work and ensure timely completion.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations for the hotel and oversee regular safety inspections, including brand and internal audits.
- Strong technical knowledge of systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong leadership and proactive approach.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and tools.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a maintenance or engineering role in a hotel, preferably at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
