Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to take on a Care Coordinator and Ward Leader role within our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their leadership skills and make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

The successful candidate will be accountable to the Ward Manager and responsible for providing support and guidance to the nursing staff. They will also be required to deputise for the Ward Manager in their absence, providing Nurse in Charge cover across the week, including weekends and Bank Holidays.

In this role, you will have responsibility for appraisals, attendance management, and training for a given number of staff. You will also be expected to learn to support with Health roster, Datix, and the completion of Audits.
