Construction Manager

Walter Lilly is a leading provider of construction and maintenance services for high-end residential homes, iconic landmarks, and state-of-the-art science and education facilities across London and the Home Counties.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. As a Construction Manager, you will lead the safe, effective, and timely delivery of all site-based aspects of a project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a completion strategy for the operational elements of the project
  • Contribute to risk and opportunity management
  • Manage all operational staff and subcontractors to achieve project outcomes
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Ability to plan and maintain a site set up appropriate for the scale of the project
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
