About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer to join our team at Source Technology. As a Senior Python Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining enterprise-level systems using Python.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable and efficient Python-based systems for our clients in the financial services industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Work closely with front office users to understand their needs and develop systems that meet those needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Python technologies and frameworks to ensure our systems are always running at optimal levels.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, testable code that meets our coding standards.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in building enterprise-level systems using Python.
  • Strong understanding of Python fundamentals, including data structures, file input/output, and object-oriented programming.
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure.
  • Strong understanding of SQL and database design.
  • Experience with testing frameworks, such as Pytest or Unittest.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
