Barista Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at OneRetail, working on a part-time basis of 16 hours per week. As a key member of our High Street brand, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and crafting high-quality drinks. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills, work in a dynamic environment, and contribute to the success of our company.

• Prepare perfectly blended drinks and serve high-quality food that meets our customers' expectations
• Maintain a clean bar area and ensure a positive brand image
• Process payments efficiently and provide excellent communication with customers
• Become an enthusiastic team player and effective communicator
• Learn about brewing methods, beverage blends, and presentation techniques
• Monitor and report any maintenance needs for brewing equipment
• Represent our brand and uphold high standards of quality and safety
