Housekeeper Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeper to join our team at Bistrot Pierre in Plymouth. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our boutique rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional housekeeping services to our guests, ensuring their rooms are clean and comfortable throughout their stay.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring all areas of the hotel are clean and tidy.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to achieve high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Participate in regular cleaning schedules and tasks, including laundry and linen management.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues promptly.
