About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Your primary responsibility will be to supervise and manage the effective operation of all Sodexo contractors, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all health and safety policies are followed during technical activities and that all relevant documents are up-to-date.

Additionally, you will be the first point of contact for breakdowns, mobilizing the correct trade or specialist as needed. You will also be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance tasks, reactive works, and responding to ad-hoc requests as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the effective operation of all Sodexo contractors
  • Ensure health and safety policies are followed during technical activities
  • First point of contact for breakdowns
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance tasks and reactive works
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A positive, energetic, and proactive attitude with a passion for customer service
  • Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
