Job Title: Advanced Veterinary Nurse Practitioner

Fitzpatrick Referrals, a leading veterinary specialist referral practice in Surrey, is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Lead to join our nursing management team.

The Role

We are looking for a registered veterinary nurse with previous experience in people management and a passion for delivering exceptional care to patients. As Clinical Nurse Lead, you will line manage a portion of our nursing team, providing clinical and wellbeing support to the entire team.

This is a clinical role, requiring exceptional leadership skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment. You must possess clinical confidence and competence, as well as the ability to make decisions. Experience with orthopaedic and neurology patients is an advantage but not essential.

This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, working as part of the nursing rota with allocated admin time each week. The nursing rota includes weekends and a share of the bank holidays. In return, you will be part of a dedicated team delivering compassionate care, surgical excellence, and rehabilitation for our patients.
