Job Summary:

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking an exceptional Care Home Manager to lead our nursing home in Bedford, Bedfordshire. As a seasoned healthcare professional, you will be responsible for managing staff and resources to ensure residents receive dignified and fulfilling care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff and resources to deliver high-quality care and services
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Lead and healthcare teams to ensure quality standards are met
  • Develop and implement a vision for the home to achieve 'outstanding' ratings
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals

Requirements:

  • Qualified Registered Nurse with active NMC Pin or NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care
  • Proven experience in managing a nursing home or similar healthcare facility
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work towards achieving 'outstanding' ratings
