Join Manpower UK Ltd as an Electrician with our client, Northern Ireland's Public Transport service provider.

We're seeking a skilled professional with Auto-Electrical and Vehicle Electrics knowledge to carry out maintenance and repairs on electrical systems across a fleet of Buses & Coaches.

The role involves:

• Maintenance, servicing, and repairs on vehicle electrical systems
• Conducting vehicle inspections and completing relevant paperwork
• Diagnosing faults and taking corrective action, testing electrical systems
• Removing and replacing vehicle components
• Working with colleagues and supervisors effectively
• Adhering to company policy and health & safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Qualified Level 3 in a relevant trade (e.g., Electrical or Auto-Electrical)
• Relevant electrical experience, preferably knowledge of vehicle systems
• Ability to fault find and diagnose efficiently
• High standard of work, quality, and safety practice

This is a temporary full-time opportunity running to June 2025, with potential for extension or permanent opportunities. You'll be based at the client's workshop in Newry, working Monday to Friday hours. The competitive pay rate is £31,741.
