About the Role

We are seeking ambitious graduates and sales professionals to join our award-winning recruitment team in the niche energy trading market. As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for headhunting senior figures using a targeted search approach, screening candidates over the phone, building relationships with candidates and clients, and guiding them throughout the interview process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Headhunting senior figures using a targeted search approach
  • Screening candidates over the phone
  • Building relationships with candidates and clients
  • Guiding and supporting them throughout the interview process
  • Actively networking with candidates and industry connections, market mapping, and using various databases and social media
  • Working towards daily KPIs, incentive-related and promotional targets
  • Developing your own personal brand and becoming an expert in your market niche
What We Offer

Requirements

We are looking for ambitious individuals with a degree-educated background and 1-2 years of B2B sales experience.
