Non-Contentious Insolvency Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced Non-Contentious Insolvency Lawyer to join our Insolvency Team at Francis Wilks & Jones.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in non-contentious insolvency matters and be able to provide expert advice and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of corporate insolvency, including administration appointments and court applications
- Provide expert advice to IPs, secured lenders, and directors
- Prepare business and asset sale and purchase agreements out of Administration
- Deal with property related transactions in insolvency
- Contribute to the development of our team's expertise in insolvency law
Requirements:
- At least 6 years PQE with experience in non-contentious insolvency
- Excellent technical skills and knowledge of insolvency law
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with CRM and case management systems
Salary: £160,000 - £250,000 per annum
