About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Supervisor to join our team at Flannels, a luxury fashion destination for men and women. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and leading a team of sales associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized customer service, using excellent product knowledge to inspire customers and exceed their expectations.
  • Coach and develop sales associates to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Ensure brand standards are delivered and operational tasks are completed.
  • Proactively engage with clients to develop customer loyalty and drive sales.
  • Plan and deliver in-store events in conjunction with the store and brands.
  • Maintain high standards of visual presentation in stores.
  • Support with stock counts and other operational duties.
  • Lead by example to support and coach the sales team.
  • Develop strong relationships with brand representatives.
  • Perform as a team player, participating in all activities to contribute to the store objectives.

  • Demonstrate a high level of personal energy and enthusiasm.
  • Confident, assertive, and personable with excellent communication skills.
  • Self-driven to upskill and learn, with a natural ability to coach and lead.
  • Resilient and resourceful, with a positive and can-do attitude.
