An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Deputy Home Manager to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues and overseeing the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing and management, with experience in supporting and deputising for the Home Manager. They will be responsible for developing and implementing care plans, auditing practices and procedures, and maintaining the highest levels of clinical governance.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with service users, families, and external care professionals. They will also have a good working knowledge of CQC standards and be able to build and maintain excellent working relationships with the team.
