Job Title: Senior Architectural Technologist

Bennett and Game Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join our client's team in Cirencester. As a key member of the architectural team, you will be responsible for assisting with the heavy workload and contributing to the success of the practice.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will have a strong background in residential design and a proven track record of producing high-quality technical drawings and CGI images. You will be working on a variety of small-scale residential projects, utilizing AutoCAD software, and collaborating with a team of surveyors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Producing technical drawings and CGI images for residential projects
  • Assisting with the technical stages of projects, including planning applications and site visits
  • Collaborating with a team of surveyors to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Supporting junior members of the team and contributing to the success of the practice
Requirements
  • Relevant qualification (BSc, HND, HNC) and minimum 3+ years' experience in residential design
  • Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and experience producing schedule of works
  • Good knowledge of architecture and surveying, with a strong understanding of the technical stages of projects
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
