About the Opportunity

A Graduate role at Ramboll offers flexibility and opportunities to develop into an all-rounder. You will gain valuable experience working on various projects such as highways, energy, marine, and more. Previous education serves as a foundation, but your ability to learn new engineering concepts quickly defines your success.

You will thrive if you enjoy challenging the status quo and finding novel solutions to unfamiliar engineering problems. Effective communication can make a design team become more than the sum of its parts.

Your key tasks include contributing to project design and delivery, performing analysis using computer modelling, developing digital tools, and communicating engineering concepts to clients.

Other responsibilities include identifying potential health & safety, design, and commercial risks, considering sustainability, and monitoring design implementation throughout the project lifecycle.

We believe your starting point for this role is:

  • A BEng, MEng, or MSc degree in General Engineering, Civil/Structural Engineering, or Engineering Geology.
  • Ability to summarise and present information via different channels.
  • A positive attitude to learning new skills.
  • An understanding of Digital Automation.

We don't expect you to know everything, but show curiosity, take responsibility, and deliver high-quality work.
