About the Role: As a Vascular Health Manager, you will be responsible for leading territory management for Peripheral Vascular Health, championing healthcare access and equity. This role requires developing clinical and commercial expertise, training, and proctoring in a clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse marketplaces, develop sales strategies, and present them to key stakeholders.
  • Maximise sales from product introduction to contract negotiation.
  • Build lasting business relationships with key decision makers.
  • Monitor tenders, prepare tender submissions, and conduct asset management.
  • Support clinical procedures until accounts are established.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Life-Science, Marketing, Business Administration, Biology, or another advanced degree.
  • Strong selling experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Advanced clinical cases support of complex conditions.
  • Training and mentoring skills in internal and external positions.
  • National level education programme experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of customer decision-making processes.
  • Driving licences.
