Job Title: Pharmacy Practice Manager
Location: Harrogate, UK
Job Overview:This is a part-time permanent role with an estimated salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum. The successful candidate will lead and manage the pharmacy team to deliver exceptional patient experience and achieve outstanding levels of patient safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Develop and lead the pharmacy team to maintain high standards of professional customer service and compliance within GPhC operating standards and clinical governance.
- Talent Development: Take direct responsibility for the support and development of all direct reports and locums.
This is a hybrid role that requires a strong leader with a passion for healthcare, patients, and driving business growth. You will be accountable for delivering all pharmacy-related targets and deadlines.
